For the rationale of this website, a carrier is a telephone service provider. In Allegheny County, Verizon no longer provides POTS? telephone service to new or moving customers. That would be fine as back in 1991, prices were higher than I would have wanted, and I am sure that still holds true. The carriers are as follows:
- Cell (878)
- SIP (412, 724, 855)
