There will be 3 devices, all of which will serve a role. In addition to the client hardware, there will be a telephony server. This server is imperative for proper operation of the fax/voicemail number. The telephony server will be located in the communications closet. This will be out of sight, and out of mind making the home phone system to just work. The client devices are as follows:
