Contact Card

I want to keep things simple. The contact card will be black with a light grey text. Once I setup everything to the way I will want it to be, there will be a need to make changes to the contact card. I use VistaPrint for my contact cards, and this will not change anytime soon. There will be a horizontal line that would run the length of the card at about 20% up from the bottom. This will allow me to have 3 lines below the horizontal line, and 2 lines above the horizontal line.

The card will have a photo of me in the top left. Next to the photo will be my name. This will allow the recipient to match a face with the name. On the top right, there will be my QR code, and below the QR code will be the URL to the .tel address so the person scanning will know where the QR code points to. This keeps things above board, and builds trust. Below the URL for the .tel address, there will be 2 lines which will be above the horizontal line, and those lines will be my email address, and my personal website.

Below the line on the left hand side will be my mailing address. Even though I would be wealthy enough to have my own residence, the PMB will still remain. This is because I am a private person, and I don’t want people knowing where I live. By having a PMB, I can keep my address private. In addition to privacy, there is also security that the package will be there at the PMB when I go to pick it up. If I was to acquire my 4 Story Building, I will be able to walk to the PMB every day if needed to acquire any packages that I might have. Most likely though, it will just be envelopes, and I will likely go once a week unless I receive a package.

Below the horizontal line on the right hand will be a listing of 3 telephone numbers. There will be a Cellular, Fax, and Forwarder. The reason for choosing the forwarder, it will allow those that might be on a limited minute plan to call me toll-free without worrying about them using their minutes. If the caller is on a limited plan, they should contact their carrier to make sure that toll-free numbers are actually toll-free, and will not consume the minutes provided. By offering the Cellular number, the recipient of the card can decide to call or send an SMS/RCS. This will give them options they can rely on. The Fax line will be just that – faxes.
